Real estate ombudsman IVD/VPB – requirement to provide information in accordance with § 36 VSBG
In compliance with the Consumer Dispute Settlement Act (VSBG), the Immobilienverband Deutschland IVD e.V. has established a mediation board with the participation of the Verband Privater Bauherren e.V. (VPB) consumer organisation. This conciliation board can, among other things, settle disputes between consumers and members of the IVD in an out-of-court conciliation procedure.
Rubina Real Estate GmbH is a member of the IVD and, as specified by the IVD’s Articles of Association, is required to provide the mediation board with a written statement when a dispute procedure is initiated. Rubina Real Estate GmbH does not participate in conciliation proceedings with other mediation boards.
