Berlin’s real estate experts are the winners in four categories
Berlin, 31 October 2016. The Berlin real estate agency Rubina Real Estate has been awarded the European Property Awards in London in four different categories. The real estate experts were honoured with 5 Star Best Property Consultancy, Highly Commended Real Estate Agency, 5 Star Best Property Consultancy Marketing as well as 5 Star Best Real Estate Agency Marketing. The European Property Awards belong to the most prestigious of real estate awards in the world and have already this year, been presented for the 25th time in London. Once again, after 2014 and 2015, Rubina Real Estate represented the location Berlin during the awards in the British metropole. The know-how of this Berlin real estate agency is highly regarded, because, after Brexit, the German capital is repeatedly recognised as an alternative to London.

The European Property Awards were presented on the 27th October 2016 in London in the Marriott Hotel, Grosvenor Square London. Various applications for the contest were judged by an independent jury. Under the chairmanship of Lord Caithness, Lord Best and Lord Liverpool, chairman of the Rutland Group since 2005, the jury concentrated on design, quality, service, innovation, originality and the commitment towards sustainability. In the past years, Rubina Real Estate Agency was already merited as the winner in the categories Highly Commended Real Estate Agency Germany (2014 and 2015) and 5 Stars Best Property Consultancy Germany (2015).
