The Berlin-based real estate company Rubina Real Estate has been a member of the BFW Berlin / Brandenburg for two years now. A total of about 240 companies are members of the BFW, the leading association of private medium-sized real estate companies in the capital region.
For Rubina Real Estate the crucial benefits of being a member of the association are the connection to the relevant regional networks and a successful cooperation, in order to shape the real estate economy.
“From our view, there are many advantages of a membership in the BFW Berlin / Brandenburg”, says Carsten Heinrich, managing director Rubina Real Estate. “The BFW stands for innovation and the future and offers the players in the industry a lasting information advantage. We engage in a lively exchange with other real estate professionals and are proud to be a member of one of the most important real estate associations in the capital region.”
The BFW is committed to creating and securing reliable and economically sensible framework conditions for the entire corporate real estate industry. The aim of the Landesverband Berlin / Brandenburg is to promote, in particular, the regional medium-sized real estate industry and to be a partner to the companies.
In addition to the membership in the BFW, Rubina Real Estate is also active as a Berlin Partner and acts as an ambassador for Berlin abroad, especially in China.
The members of the BFW have realized 46 billion investment volumes in the last 20 years, completing or refurbishing around 4.6 million m² of commercial space and 140,000 apartments. In their current portfolio, the member companies manage over 14 million m² of commercial space and 330,000 apartments. With these numbers, the Landesverband Berlin / Brandenburg is the most important of the other eight regional associations in Germany.
