The European Property Awards are one of the most prestigious real estate awards in the world since 1995 and were awarded in London as every year. After Rubina Real Estate was named a winner in October in the categories Real Estate Agency Germany, Real Estate Agency Marketing Germany, Property Consultancy Germany and Property Consultancy Marketing Germany at the European Property Awards, the award for the Berlin-based real estate company follows in the European Property Awards Categories Property Consultancy Marketing Europe and Real Estate Agency Marketing Europe.

Rubina Real Estate, which has been honoured with the prestigious awards on several occasions in recent years, once again represented Berlin at the award ceremony in the British capital. The know-how of the Berlin-based real estate company is appreciated as the German capital is increasingly attractive for international investors and counts as the European hotspot.
“Rubina Real Estate is one of the capital’s leading real estate companies and we are delighted to have received this prestigious award. We are honoured that our professional expertise, as well as our approach to business, is recognized in this high-quality setting. Berlin as a real estate location is still a big topic in London and extremely attractive for companies, especially for start-ups. Factors such as security, an inspiring and dynamic environment, but at the same time the still cheap prices speak for Berlin, “says Carsten Heinrich, CEO of Rubina Real Estate GmbH.
The International Property Awards go to companies from all areas of the real estate industry and are a globally recognized seal of quality, awarded to the absolute industry leaders.
The awards are divided into the regions Africa, Asia-Pacific, Arabia, Canada, Caribbean, Central and South America, Europe, Great Britain and the USA. Participants compete at their respective national level and are subsequently assessed by an experienced expert jury. Chaired by Lord Caithness, Lord Best and the Earl of Liverpool, Chairman of the Rutland Group since 2005, the judges focused on design, quality, service, innovation, originality and commitment to sustainability. The winners with the highest scores from each region will then receive the European Property Awards, honouring the best real estate companies in the world.
